WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that a law meant to punish pornographers who peddle dirty pictures to Web-surfing kids is probably an unconstitutional muzzle on free speech.

Somehow I don't think free speech is exactly what we're wanting to put a muzzle on here. Let me see if I understand this. If you're a tobacco company like RJ Reynolds, you can get banned from using advertising like Joe Camel because it appeals to kids but you can be a pornographer and peddle to kids because of free speech. That's just stupid.
